As all our clients work with a range of vendors and service providers, we were asked to develop a vendor risk module whereby premises and operational risk between the client and their vendors could be assessed and managed under a common platform.With the Riskenomics Vendor Risk Management module, the models mirror each other, so that vendor risk can be captured and managed consistently across CRES (Corporate Real Estate Services), regardless of the source or current ownership of the risk.The module allows risk to be transferred between the organisations, so that it may be managed and closed out in the most relevant place.
Other systems on the vendor side may also be integrated, whether via a data upload, an API or a live feed.
Management information incorporates all the data from the vendor’s systems so that a complete picture of vendor risk shown, using live, dynamic data that is consistent and joined up.
